"FOUR QUEENS OF POKER" LIVE TELEWEBCAST ON APRIL 1, 2008 HONORS INAUGURAL INDUCTEES INTO THE "WOMEN IN POKER HALL OF FAME"
Phyllis Caro Presents a Free Live Interactive Telephone Webcast Interview Featuring Poker Legends Linda Johnson, Marsha Waggoner, Susie Isaacs and Barbara Enright
Phyllis Caro, in association with The International Poker Institute ("IPI") and the International Poker Education Network ("IPEN"), is proud to announce the "Four Queens of Poker" interactive tele-Webcast, a free event which will be held as a live teleconference on Tuesday, April 1st at 6:00 PM Pacific / 9:00 PM Eastern. The event will also be recorded.
On February 2nd, 2008, the newly formed "Women in Poker Hall of Fame" inducted Linda Johnson, Marsha Waggoner, Susie Isaacs and Barbara Enright - four women who are not only exceptional players but also have made substantial contributions to the poker community. In addition to their personal accomplishments as champions within the poker world, these phenomenal women are also among the poker community's most influential ambassadors, each and together putting a human face to what it means to be an all-around winner.
"All of these amazing women have been my friends and colleagues for many years," says IPI Co-Founder Phyllis Caro (herself an award-winning poker legend). "I didn't want their induction into the "Women in Poker Hall of Fame to be just a one-night affair."
"Since it's almost impossible to find them together in the same place at the same time, I figured that we could put teleconferencing and Internet technology to work to bring them all together, virtually, for an interview that can be attended and listened to live by anyone, anywhere around the world."
Those interested in attending this ground-breaking event can learn more, register, and even submit their questions in advance to any of the Queens by visiting:
http://www.FourQueensOfPoker.com
This free teleconference will also be audiocast live on the Web, making it possible for anyone with a telephone or Internet connection to participate in the live call.
Everyone interested in what these women have to share about their personal stories as poker-playing women and about their strategies, tips and techniques for playing consistent winning poker should submit a question and register for the event, even if they cannot attend the live call. Even those who cannot join Linda, Marsha, Barbara and Susie on April 1st will be able to benefit from the wisdom and humor of these four poker mavens, because the call will also be recorded and made available for a small fee as a paid downloadable MP3 "podcast" audio file for those not in attendance, or anyone who simply wants to listen to this interview over and over again.
The "Four Queens of Poker" is a not-to-be-missed, history-making event for everyone interested in poker history and the personal lives and poker strategies of four of the most well-known and winningest players in all of poker, regardless of age or sex.
